I agree everyday small businesses are moving to Office 365 - I think ActiveSync should be free for all paid customers. Small businesses are using Mailenable as well.

On MTA logs I am getting below errors

Hello, I have an issue with my physical firewalls LAN IP such as 10.0.0.1 (also the mailenable server's gateway IP). When I enable "Enable Detection and Prevention" Mailenable blocks my firewall's LAN IP for sometime when hackers try username and password or they act like they are coming from 10.0.0...

Check existing passwords.. shows some deleted old email addresses
I set my Password policy under localhost-->Properties-->Policies but when I click on the "Check existing passwords..." it show emails that were deleted a while ago. How do I clean them?

Maybe this backup solution might work for you
To backup our servers we use Acronis Enterprise Server edition, Acronis images our servers everynight, also Acronis has a module called Universal restore, I have restored DELL server from PE 4300 to PE 2900 and PE 2400 to PE 2800, no issues.
