Re: Webmail issue - Latest Version Ent. Edition

Deleting that file and logging into Webmail re-created it with accurate info. Thanks.

Webmail issue - Latest Version Ent. Edition

Once logged into Webmail it says "Account Usage" in the lower right corner. Mine says 17MB of Unlimited. Yet I know my mail folder is at around 1.2GB

Where is it getting this size from?

System Details:

Windows 2008 R2 64bit

Thanks

Andre add a filter that looks for the outgoing emails you want to receive a copy of. For example you want a copy of all joe@yourdomain.com email. You would add a filter that says From = joe@yourdomain.com Send a copy to you@yourdomain.com

I would second motion this problem. I had a customer tell me they use to have a contact with multiple email addresses attached to it, and if they emailed that contact it would go out to all emails. I guess they used it like a Group seeing how that isnt an actual feature available, which to me is cra...

Hey AndyBrew. I ran into similar issues with clients of mine sending email from their home comcast connection. The traffic is filtered and they cannot send through our smtp server. I have created a firewall rule which will listen on an alternate port but internally send it to the smtp server on port...

Hey Isaak, thanks for the reply.

This would be easier to track if it wasnt going through Webmail. The SMTP Debug log says it sent a return msg back to the sender, but thats all I have to go on. I dont know where to look from there.

Mail Sent from Webmail

Im still on version 2.37. I just have a question. When sending email from the webmail interface, a user sent an email to an invalid domain. SMTP Debug shows: ME-E0060: [6B5D2E3907894FE18F593CF422331FA5.MAI] - Message could not be delivered to target domain (invaliddomain.net). Message returned to Se...

AutoResponse - Triggered by a internal account

Is it possible to stop mailenable from sending an auto response to an email that came from an internal account under the same postoffice which is redirecting to several users? Example. orders@localpostoffice.com -> Redirect to Joe@localpostoffice.com. Joe has an autoresponse setup and its sending em...

paarlberg, your doubling your efforts. the zen DNSBL also queries cbl's list, so you do not need to include that. same goes for dnsbl.sorbs, which includes the dul zone and all other sorbs zones. you should remove those two dnsbl's as it will lessen the load on both your mailserver and dnsserver. ta...

This is hard for me to explain as its a user giving me the details. But I have seen their emails with this problem. I also experienced oddities changing around the character sets. I believe they are on UTF-8.

I will try and get you some more concrete details.

Andrew I am using the latest version 2.37. Did you try to recreate my issue? I had to insert i think 40-50 chars before webmail would send it through properly. Seemed like anything less and the attachment ended up blank. I wish I had time to log a ticket but I dont.
