Hi,

Create an empty .txt file named: _change.dty

Place file in the "Sent Items" folder and then login to web mail and browse to that folder. It should add the missing emails to the index.

Hi, The SMTP debug like reports a 10060 error which is a time out. Are you able to open a Windows command and perform a telnet test to the Gmail server (use the host name in the log file) to see if you can establish a connection? Hi,

No resolution on the MailEnable side of things. We have tried to work around the problem without success. Microsoft needs to address the problem in Outlook. Your best way forward would be to upgrade to Outlook 2016.

Hi,

Yes its supported. There are no problems installing MailEnable version 10.x on Windows server 2019. If trying to install an older version like v8.x or v9.x then so,me compatibility issues with the installation may arise.

How are you creating the invitations? The headers display that it was received from 127.0.0.1? Add the IP address of the client to the SMTP whitelist to bypass the filters.
