Hi, The first step is to trace through the log files to determine what filter is marking the message as spam. My guess is, you have SMTP reverse DNS blacklisting or URL blacklisting actions to mark as spam. The message is triggering the SMTP filter which marks it as spam. Here is an article to help ...

Hi,

There is no option to purchase an upgrade to version 4. The only upgrade option is to upgrade to version 10.x

Did you create a 64bit ODBC DSN entry manually? The provider migration will only create the 32bit DSN.

Hi, If the service is consuming high CPU then yes you can lower the concurrent thread count to 1 to see if this helps. The indexing service is used to index mailbox data for the web mail search page. There is no way to disable it at the mailbox or postoffice level. This can only be disabled globally...
