Hi,

The first step is to upgrade your MailEnable version to the latest on our downloads page.

The web mail client contains an "Archive/Purge" option when you right click on a folder. It allows you to purge messages using criteria of days old, subject, or sender address.

Hi,

The reboot would only cause the MailEnableEASPool to stop/start. Therefore try and stop the MailEnableEASPool under IIS and restart it again to see if this helps.

Hi,

The only option on macs is via EWS. This is a protocol we are working on. Don't have a time frame for release date this stage though. There are no plans to port the MAPI connector for Apple mac.

Does it happen for any postoffice when you try to list mailboxes? Or is it specific to one postoffice?

Hi,

If you have postoffice IP bindings enabled within the "Localhost" properties under the "General" tab then disable the option and restart the services and try re sending.

What Internet browser are they using to access web mail? Have you tried a different browser? Are they running strict security settings in the browser?

Hi,

Clear the Windows event logs then restart and then inspect the logs to see why the services are not starting or if there are errors logged.
