Hi,

You will need Enterprise edition so that you can create postoffice level scripted filters.

Re: Secondary Post Office mail deliver delay

Hi,

Yes the MX record resolves correctly. I have tried to telnet over port 25 from my end and it does not connect. We are connecting from Australia.

C:\>telnet mail.avimap.co.za 25
Connecting To mail.avimap.co.za...Could not open connection to the host, on port 25: Connect failed

Re: MESMTPCS Outbound Queue Length notifications

Hi,. The SMTP connector should not crash because of an influx of messages detected in the queue. The agent is detecting a spike in volume in the outbound queue. You need to inspect the SMTP log files to determine why and who is relaying the messages. Sounds like a spammer a guessed a password and is...

Re: Mail Enable email headers when sending emails via ASP.NET

Hi,

If your messages are ending up on the remote servers recipient junk email folder then the first step is to review the following article and ensure you have implemented DKIM, SPF and a valid PTR record for your domains.

Re: Secondary Post Office mail deliver delay

Hi,

When I telnet to mail.avimap.co.za over port 25 it times out and does not respond. Are you sure that the MX record mail.avimap.co.za for the domain avimap.co.za is pointing to the correct IP address of your MailEnable server?

Re: Emails stuck in Outbound queue

Hi, You mentioned, "But we tested a few times and could get response sometimes. :?", if the problem is intermittent there is not much we can do to help as it looks to be connectivity problems with the remote server at the time the message is being sent. Check to see if the message sits in the SMTP o...

Re: Emails stuck in Outbound queue

Hi, Have tried doing the same telnet test from a client machine outside your network where the MailEnable is situated? Just trying to eliminate network connectivity. If the same behavior occurs outside your network then it will be the remote mail server your connecting to that has intermittent probl...

Re: Emails stuck in Outbound queue

Hi,

Open a Windows command prompt on the MailEnable server and perform a telnet test to smtp1.receiverdomain.com on port 25 to see if you are able to get a response. the 10060 means a timeout trying to connect to the remote server.

Re: Mail Enable email headers when sending emails via ASP.NET

Hi,

You will need to upgrade to the Enterprise version so that you can create postoffice IP bindings. This will allow you to bind postoffices/domains to specific IP address when sending outbound messages.

Hi,

Yes, that what I was referring to earlier. Create host header bindings under the MailEnable Webmail website and then bind each SSL certificate for each host header binding using the SNI option.

Re: How to create a new IIS Instance of "MailEnable Webmail" for Webmail?

Hi, So your saying that you are not able to bind more than one Lets Encrypt certificate to a website under IIS if that one certificate exceeds the 100 domain restriction? You can create a new website and point the path to the "Mail Enable\BIN\NetWebmail" folder and set the application pool for the s...

Hi,

The option in the administration console for the web mail upload size is editing the web.config file the same way as you would do this manually.

Re: Sorting order/decision "Mark as Spam" by different filters

Hi, Question 1. Btw, I still have this confusion, I see "Fails SpamAssassin > Always marked as spam" in Spam protection weighting page, as I thought everything in this panel will be just used to calculate the total spam score instead of taking any action (ie, it does not mean mark as spam>Junk folde...
