Hi, Further to my reply it looks like you have FIPS enabled within Windows. The indexing service will not work and index when FIPS is enabled. You can still search for messages though using the search field on the preview pane but will be a lot slower which does use the indexing service. We are work...

Hi,

Are you running the latest version of MailEnable 10.37? If so can you please submit a support ticket under the category of upgrade and provide copies of the indexing service log files and if possible access to the server via RDP or Teamviewer.

Hi,

You need to setup alerts within the MailEnable "Metray" utility located in the Windows task bar. Within the metray options there are options to create system message alert notifications.

Hi,

The best way forward here is to lodge a support ticket. When troubleshooting clustered configurations we really need access to the relevant log files and access to the servers in the cluster so we can trace through.

Have you inspected the SMTP activity and debug log files to see what is happening when the message is being transmitted from client to server?

Hi,

Best way forward would be to lodge a support ticket and provide access to the server so that a technician can review the mailbox data in more detail. Lodge the ticket under "Upgrade" (free).

What version of MailEnable Standard are you running? If not 10.37 on our downloads page then the first step is to upgrade to see if this addressees your problems.

Not able to reproduce this behavior in 10.37. Does it happen for all mailboxes in all post offices? If reproducible in 10.37 then please lodge a support ticket under upgrade (free) and provide more detail in the ticket.

Hi,

You will need to lodge a support ticket and provide access to an example mailbox we can setup on our end and provide steps to reproduce the behavior. Also providing the full MAPI client side logs help.
