Ensure that your inspecting the "Return-path" address in the redirected message headers as it will not change the "From" address in the message headers. Best way forward would be to lodge a support ticket and provide access to the server so that technician can review the filtering log files and configuration in more detail.

Hi,

This is option is set within the registry. Open Windows regedit and navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Mail Enable\Mail Enable\Connectors\SF

The key your looking is named: Force Remailing

For normal redirection the key should be set to 0

What version of the connector are you running? If not the latest on our downloads then please upgrade to see if this helps. Do you see any Windows event log errors relating to problems with the MailEnable com addin?

Hi,

Are you running MailEnable 10.34? If not then we suggest you try and upgrade to the latest version to see if this resolves the errors. If you are on the latest then can you submit a support ticket and provide access to the server so that we can inspect the relevant migration log files.

Hi, There is no IIS redirection options that can be set within MailEnable to redirect web mail. Are domaina.com and domainb.com separate websites under IIS? The recommended approach would be to create CNAME records for each domain and add then as host header sunder the "MailEnable Web mail" website....
