Re: Postoffice not listing/connecting after migration

Hi, Are there any errors reported within the Windows event log? If you run the MailEnable diagnostic report are there reported failures for SQL database connectivity? The next step would be to lodge a support ticket via the MailEnable support form and provide a technician with access to the server v...

Re: Migration Mode

Hi, The forum is a discussion board and should not be used for managed support. While we try and answer all posts sometimes there will be delays. When you upgrade and you have upgrade issues you can lodge a support ticket under "Upgrade" which is a free submission. To disable migration mod...

Re: Postoffice not listing/connecting after migration

Hi,

Did you create a 64bit ODBC DSN entry manually? The provider migration will only create the 32bit DSN.

Re: How do I prevent an email from ending up in Junk?

Re: Search Index properites

Hi, If the service is consuming high CPU then yes you can lower the concurrent thread count to 1 to see if this helps. The indexing service is used to index mailbox data for the web mail search page. There is no way to disable it at the mailbox or postoffice level. This can only be disabled globally...

Re: track messages

Hi, Which log file are you inspecting to check for the sent message? You need to inspect the SMTP activity and debug log file. You might also want to enable the ActiveSync logging and then check the logs for the device to see if there are problems when the request for the "SendMail" comman...

Re: hotmail don´t receve mail

Hi, You need to start by inspecting the SMTP activity and debug log files in respect to the date/time and sender/recipient details of the message to see if there were problems with the SMTP transaction with the Hotmail server. You can also use the "Track Message" utility located in the adm...

Re: Indexed webmail search not available

Hi,

I installed 10.16 on a test image and the search indexing node is in fact not present. I have raised an issue for this and will report back when I have more information at hand or a link to a fix.

Re: Indexed webmail search not available

Hi, Navigate within the administration console to: Servers > Localhost > Services and connectors > Search Indexing > Logs > Activity. Check that the service is running and is indexing mailboxes. Re: URGENT - catch all not working after update v10.15

Hi, I have tried emulating locally in 10.16. I do not experience the same problems. I set a catch-all for the domain then send a message to a non existent mailbox in that postoffice. The catch-all caught the message. Might be best lodging a support ticket and providing access to the server so a tech...
