Lodge a support ticket under "Upgrade" and provide TeamViewer access to the server so that technician can check further.

Hi, Best way forward is to connect the share again and enable MAPI client side logging at full detail log level. Emulate the issue when sending the message. The log file will contain more detail when the message was transacted via SMTP. Search the log file for MESAVETOSENT. http://www.mailenable.com...

Hi,

We tried emulating the identities issue without success. We upgraded to the latest kit with mailboxes containing existing identities and they were retained after the upgrade. Do you have specific steps to emulate or more detail how the mailbox identity was configured.

Hi,

First step would be emulate the behavior and then inspect/search the IMAP and SMTP activity and debug log files for the connecting IP address to see what errors maybe occurring at the time the client connects.

The first step would be to upgrade to the latest version 10.36 to eliminate any issues that have been addressed in this area. If the problem continues then let us know.

Hi,

It looks like one of the services that is running under the IME_SYSTEM Account is using an invalid password. Did you recently make changes? Did you recently upgrade. Do you see any associated errors in the application and system event logs?

Hi,

Ok well the 10060 is indicating a timeout. If you restart the SMTP service and inspect the SMTP debug log file are there any errors after the service restarts in regards to service not being able to bind to the SSL certificate you have set within MailEnable?

Hi, MagicSpam is an SMTP plugin and does not filter IMAP. You could enable Thunderbird client side logging as well to get more clues. Please see: http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME02059. Will will need the full set of log files to troubleshoot in more detail. The best way forward...
