Hi,

Can you provide more specific information in regards to where you have set the autoresponder for the mailbox. Did you set this via the administration console in the mailbox properties? Via web mail? Or via the MAPI connector? Are you running the latest version of MailEnable?

Hi,

MailEnable standard provides the IMAP protocol. Therefore you need to contact Google and have them provide the tools to migrate from MailEnable via IMAP. Since you are migrating from MailEnable to G Suite you really need to contact Google for help here.

Please lodge a ticket via our support ticketing system and provide access to the problematic machine via Teamviewer. It will be an easier way for us to troubleshoot and emulate the behavior.

Hi,

MailEnable does not generate this error: 550 5.0.350 -> 5.7.1 delivery not authorized, message refused. Does the error occur when you are sending to an external mail server? If so then the remote mail server will filtering the URL that is being blocked in the signature.

Hi,

Firstly update the connector the following version to ensure you have all the latest updates an fixes:

https://www.mailenable.com/beta/mesetup_x32.exe - (Run as administrator)

Once updated create a brand new mail profile for Outlook and add the account to see if the new profile works.

Hi,

MailEnable is not rejecting the inbound message. This is your firewall/gateway that is performing a check on the address and then issues the RSET command. There is not data transmitted by the gateway and therefore we never receive the inbound message. We are not rejecting it.
