Hi Ian,
Thank you for that.
We do currently have domains in that list, but it seems those that are still Office 365 related do still encounter delays.

Re: ME Greylist Whitelist bulk update
May I ask where that setting is Ian, as we have 9 Enterprise and we are still observing such delays in receipt of emails from outlook.com in particular. Whilst TechNet is helpful in producing a list, such as: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn163583 MailEnable doesn't seem to allow CIDR ...

Kind regards,
Scott

Re: Automatically Add Hackers to Firewall Block Rule
Hi Sean, Yes I was just asking about hooks into the MailEnable itself to allow us to process failed authentication attempts via the various connectors to action some work. Whilst it's not ideal having to go through the logs like this, this is a good start for me to examine another approach to dealin...

Bumping this up again as I would really like an answer as to how we can approach dealing with this for a customers request.

Re: Greylisting - Long Delays Accepting Mail from Office 365
It also doesn't mention in the documentation if the Greylisting Excluded IP addresses supports ranging IP statements, such as: 213.199.180.128/26 Obviously, I don't want to have to enter 50+ IP addresses into the supported Greylisting IP Exclusions for all Microsoft Office/Google outbound SMTP serve...

Greylisting - Long Delays Accepting Mail from Office 365
Hi folks, Having seen a customer of ours migrate to Office 365 recently we also noticed a large delay in receipt of emails from them. This seems to be related to the Greylisting functionality used in our MailEnable, as the outbound SMTP servers for Microsoft Office 365. However, as there are obvious...

Re: Increased Spam Passing through since 8.51 Enterprise upd
Well, glad to hear I wasn't the only one that noticed the increase.
Thank you for the suggestions folks, may have to look at additional options.

Failed Authentication Attempts - Developer Access/Hooks?
Hi all, Given the increasing attacks on servers, we are considering being more proactive in the defense, and one question raised of us was can we hook or have API integration into the primary ones: SMTP POP IMAP to log when authentication attempts have been made that have failed, and if so access th...

Re: Where do we find the SpamAssassin Agent/Filter
Thanks Bret, I had followed the instructions but it simply wasn't listed there where it should have been.
Is it something that can be configured manually to provide access, do you happen to know?

Where do we find the SpamAssassin Agent/Filter
Having read this Knowledge Base article: http://www.mailenable.com/kb/Content/Article.asp?ID=me020596 In the section VERIFYING THE CONFIGURATION it talks about an extension message filter that I cannot find listed, and also discussion of the "SpamAssassin Agent" which I also cannot find. Is this: a ...

Re: Increased Spam Passing through since 8.51 Enterprise upd
Thank you Robert, but this has literally only started since the 8.51 update was applied. Prior to that we weren't receiving these levels of spam sneaking through. The primary reason I brought it up, or wanted to bring it to attention here, was that I'm concerned that it is somehow taking advantage o...

Increased Spam Passing through since 8.51 Enterprise update
Hi All, Was just wondering if anyone else had noticed an increase in spam slipping through in recent weeks since the 8.51 update was applied to any of your servers? Have noticed a lot more coming through, and it's seemingly to do with including the receiving email addresses domain being included wit...
