Actually, it would be nice if you included EAS Pool restart option under ME Service Status.

That seemed to work Ian. Device reconnected a couple of minutes after restarting EAS App pool.

Need to reboot to get device working again

I try clearing sync data to get a device to sync to server but it doesn't work. Only reboot gets device working again.

Is there a way to do whatever a reboot accomplishes without having to reboot?

I'm having to reboot nearly every day in the middle of the day!

So I keep having to reboot to get iPhone and Android devices to start syncing again.

Is there any way to do with without a reboot!?

Had to reboot again to get Android/BB Hub user reconnected. Any chance of getting a reply on how to restart services without rebooting in a way that will accomplish the same thing as a reboot?

It seems I have to reboot sometimes to get a user to reconnect. Clearing sync data doesn't always work and I tried restarting ME services but only reboot allowed user with Android BB Hub app to reconnect. I had to do same thing with iphone user a couple of weeks ago as well...only reboot got them co...

It happens with older mailboxes as well and tried with new password using alphanumeric only characters only.

Hi Ian, I tried disabling localhost > Policies and I still couldn't change password. Password change used to work but it's been awhile since I've tried so not sure how long it hasn't been working. I upgraded to 10.21 about 1 month ago and running on Windows 2008R2. Anything else I can try? Thanks G

I have tried telnet to port 25 and 587 and I do get a 'Mailenable Service....Denied Access' response.
