For some reason i have several customer emails that take a day and a half to finally receive in my employees mailboxes, even after i have whitelisted my customers email address in server and spam filter.

Any updates on this, all my company iphones running activesync (exchange) are getting slammed with the battery life issue for the past 3 weeks

whitelist within same domain
I'm having issues with emails to and from the same domain on my mail enable server going into junk folder, how do you tell server to not EVER check mail from email within it's own domain?

Junk Mail redirect
Is there a way to have the junk mail redirected to outlook rather than sit in the webmail junk box? Employees are having to log onto webmail to check webmail junk box to ensure legitimate mail isn't sitting in there.

Mapi connector and global direcotry won't show
upgraded to enterprise premium 4.26 and now the outlook connector won't show the global directory listing? Also, running the latest version of the connector. any advise would be appreciated.

I noticed the same thing when i went to ver 4.26 a few weeks back, no global directory shows up in address book, but did in ver 4.25
