Webmail not displaying correctly in Safari

We have a Mac user who uses our Webmail exclusively. Now that we moved to version 9.72 and the updated webmail he is not seeing the menu buttons at the top (Send, Cancel, Save, Attachment, etc.). I have attached the screenshot of the menu in question. The user is using Sierra 10.12.4 OS and Safari 1...

We created new SSL's with the appropriate host header and they are now working as expected. Thanks.

Re: Setup MEWebMail to use SSL

The certificate was without the host header. Let me get one with that to see if it works.

Thanks,

Scott

[SOLVED] Setup MEWebMail to use SSL

Is there a specific way to setup the MEWebMail site to use an SSL certificate? I have tried using a separate IP address as expected in the IIS site setup for the host header of mewebmail.{hostname}.com. I added it to the binding of the website but I still get an error that there is a problem with th...

Re: MEMail.Message Code Not Working

We found out the issue. We had the application pool running in 32-bit mode but needed to unlock the server-wide DynamicCompressionModule and then remove the DynamicCompressionModule on the grekinskininstitute.com domain. We did not have to deal with this previously on the Server 2008 R2 environment ...

[SOLVED] MEMail.Message Code Not Working

We upgraded servers (Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2016) and MailEnable Enterprise from version 8.61 to 9.72. We have a site where confirmation e-mails are sent when a purchase is made (both to the consumer and to the merchant) that are no longer being sent. When the user gets to the confirmation page ...

mewebmail/meadmin login issues

We just copied our mail server over to a new Windows 2016 server from Windows 2008 R2. The webmail and admin login pages will launch but when a user attempts to logon it will not authenticate and the logon process times out. I ran the diagnosis and the web application configuration test shows that a...

Re: Where to configure timeout for webmail users

We are using the MailEnableAppPool Application pool on our configured Webmail. So check your webmail website(s) in the basic settings for which application pool you have attached to it and that is the one you need to update. I setup 3 webmail sites but all 3 are using the same application pool.

Re: Webmail Scroll Bars

Just an update on what we have found. It appears to be happening with machines that have Windows XP and IE8 and Firefox. We believe it has something to do with some scripting settings but have not found out what setting it is. I have two machines with Windows XP pro and IE8. One works and one does n...

Missing mail or contacts in Webmail display

We moved up to version 7.00 on March 1, 2013 and now we are getting alot of issues with corrupted .xml files (_index.xml specifically). Users are reporting issues with missing contacts that are in the folder but not in the webmail display and the same for e-mail. We are having to go in to delete the...

Webmail Scroll Bars

We are hearing from some users that when they go into Webmail and view a listing of e-mails larger than the display area pane the scrollbars are not working. They show in IE9, Chrome just fine but in IE8 or Firefox the scroll bar area is either showing but not working or not showing at all. I figure...

Re: Where to configure timeout for webmail users

It is in IIS. Go into the Application Pool that is managing the webmail site and change the timeout settings to a longer or shorter time you need.

Webmail - Military Time display

Currently we are using version 7.0 but noticed this same issue in version 6.x as well. I cannot find a setting anywere in the configuration for Webmail where we can specify that standard time be used in place of military time (e.g. 2:00 pm instead of 14:00) on the e-mails in the Webmail application....
