When a user tried about maybe less than 10 times of failure log in, the Mailbox will be locked for 1 hour.

How many times does failure will lock the mailbox and how to set the limit that will lock the mailbox?

It is quite hard to get what is going on without going thru the log file and testing from the Blackberry service provider which involves the user must call them directly.
