I reported through the trouble ticket system and was told there would be a hot fix.
I don't see anything in the hot fix list that looks like it addresses this bug.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Brad

Hotfix - Spam Filter
Steve,
Thanks for the pointer, that is probably the problem since I use the spam filter to prefix [SPAM] to the subject line.
Thanks for the tip!!!

We're running a very recent version of Enterprise (2.37) so we *probably* have the hotfix already. However, where do they keep such things? I could try it... I remember looking into the MTA logs but seeing nothing of interest but I missed the DEBUG logs... thanks for the reminder. Yes, it's full of ...

Receiving mail stops silently - no bounces
I've seen this problem twice now (last time was 3+ months ago) and it's pretty disturbing. Emails sent to the server seem to be accepted but never get delivered. For example, the SMTP log shows: 06/06/07 13:34:23 ME-I0101: [1180] Local Delivery: Address ([SMTP:brad@hks.ca]) is local. 06/06/07 13:34:...

*** STILL EXPERIENCING *** Severe Bug in Web Admin
I reinstalled the latest Enterprise version today over top of my current installation and accepted all overwrites... I'm still seeing the bug whereby I set the default address for a domain and lose ALL email account addresses for that domain. This is a serious bug that has the potential to disrupt m...

Ian, I chose everything except for one option. I can't remember the exact wording but it was something about the "skins" files. I have changed some of the graphics to include HKS so I didn't want to overwrite them. The install program was explicit in its statement that they were not functionality so...

Severe Bug in Web Admin
I have found a severe bug in the Web Admin, I'm going to assume the ME folks monitor these forums because going through the trouble ticket system is just too much work. My account is SYSADMIN level. If I use the web admin to do the following it removes ALL addresses of "hks.ca" from ALL mailboxes on...

SMTP Properties - Maximum Message Size = 0 = Terror
Hi everyone, We set our Maximum Message Size to "0" (zero) on our mail server and immediately noticed that many servers were not sending us emails. According to the RFC 1870 and the Mail Enable documentation that *should* work, however I'm wondering if the data is formatted incorrectly. I notice tha...

If you can't beat 'em...
Well, after looking at the code and determining that something was going on with LanguageID (hey, I'm not a programmer, so this was a feat for me) I decided if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. I copied the directory ...\WebMail\base\default\lang\EN to ...\WebMail\base\default\lang\1 And, of course, thi...

Related (?) 404 error
I just moved over all my users to Mail Enable on a Windows 2000 Server. Everything was fine this afternoon, I ran the iis lockdown tool and tested webmail... it worked fine. Now that I'm at home, however, I'm getting 404 errors when I log on. I diagnosed the problem to an incorrect language item in ...

Messaging Manager Icons Disappear
Hey there... the large icons in the Messaging Manager have disappeared from the MMC!
All functionality still seems accessible via the object menus, but this doesn't give me the warm fuzzies.
Has anyone else seend this?

Does anyone know if this magical setting is editable after you have created the domain?

email aliases and multiple domains
Apologies, this is a long post, but it's a somewhat complex issue, and I can't afford to be vague. I have noticed the following behaviour with MailEnable Pro and really want to understand the difference. I need to understand this before switching over to MailEnable from my current Linux mail server....
