Have these accounts set their start up screen to contacts or calendar?
I had this issue. moving to 3.05 beta fixed the problem.

Is there any way for the end user to adjust the column widths in webmail? (between sender, subject, date, etc.) and/or set the visibility of columns?
Or failing that is there any settings that can be done manually on a per mailbox basis?
