Re: Attachment with period filtered

Thanks for the reply. I'm currently at 10.27 - I plan on upgrading this weekend to see if that changes anything. Through additional testing I have found that other e-mail clients don't have that problem, just Outlook so far. I also found 1 reference to someone with a problem with Outlook receiving a...

Attachment with period filtered

We're implementing a new phone system that sends voicemails as attachments through e-mail. The problem is that the attachment file names contain periods embedded in the name such as: 9517855999_03-04_15.33.PM.wav When I log onto the webmail, I can see and download the attachments. But when I downloa...

Multiple inbound copies of message spooling

I have a customer with about 30 e-mail users in their office. On occasion when one of them tries to send a message from Microsoft Outlook, it creates dozens of connections to the incoming queue, all with zero bytes received. This clogs up the queue with 40-50 incoming messages, all 'spooling'. It se...

Re: Activesync - could not contact license server

Same issue here. Given the problems accessing Mailenable's website I assume it's a larger problem.

My customers are starting to get antsy. A status update would be appreciated.

Just a little info on my config, so hopefully we can rule out some issues... I am running W2K3 Web Edition - no AD installed. We are using POP accounts (we have 1 IMAP user, but they haven't needed the feature, so we have only experienced the problem with POP). Scripts, in general, run fine. The Aut...

I too am having a problem with the out-of-office utility. When a user sends their message to the OOO address, it does update the auto-reply message, but does not enable it - this appears to be normal, as the user should receive an e-mail that they have to confirm to enable it. The problem is, they n...

I'm having similar problems now, running Pro v3.14. It only appears to be happening with messages with attachments. In most cases they've been large PDFs, but I've had it happen on PDFs as small as 9KB. The problem occurs both with authenticated senders, and anonymous connections from other mail ser...

Prevent Redirection Of Spam

I have several customers who have their e-mail redirected to their personal e-mail addresses (aol, yahoo, etc). Unfortunately, due to the amount of spam that was forwarded - including messages flagged by ME as spam, many of the hosts implemented delays (if not outright blocks) on my server, which re...

I know this message is old, but for anyone else with this problem I thought I'd reply.

You can use the Smarthost Routing Config Utility to override delivery to local mailboxes. The download is here:

I'm running Professional edition v3.14. I tried the registry entries listed above, but I don't seem to be having any luck. Does this just address messages with the 'Deliver-to=junk' header, or should this work with the high, medium, and low scores as well? What I would really like to be able to do i...
