Server to Server CalDav Sync

I would like to migrate from another server but migrating calendars are very time consuming. It would be nice to have a CalDav Sync that syncs from another caldav server

Really you want the PTR, MX, and Helo messages to all match. I normally just set it up like so.... PrimaryDomain.com mail.PrimaryDomain.com in A 0.0.0.0 PrimaryDomain.com in MX mail.PrimaryDomain.com 10 DomainA.com DomainA.com in MX mail.PrimaryDomain.com 10 DomainB.com DomainB.com in MX mail.Primar...

SH-Keith, I belive your right. When a message comes in the file name is the same as the message ID and if you cc and send to yourself it would make sense the it would overwrite. I just tried it with 2 other mail servers and it seems to do the same thing.

Did you look in the properties of the SMTP connector? There is a blocked addresses tab in there although I am not sure if that is where it is storing them. If you figure it out, please post back.

Don't know whats so confusing. Inbound is for inbound email (email comming into). Outbound is for outgoing email (email your server is sending out). When users send mail they use outbound. When other mail servers are delivering email to one of your domains it goes through the inbound.

If you enable it, it will require incomming mail to be authenticated. This is more so used if you have a filtering system before your email server. Otherwise it will block incomming email. We just had a discussion here that talked about this very option. http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?t=1...

did you check to see if you server is acting like an open relay?
You want to make sure that your server requires authentication to send email.

Does the spam filtering server forward mail to your mail server via smtp? If that is the case then it is real simple. Setup a firewall rule that allows email from the spam filtering servers via port 25 and deny anyone else connecting via port 25. If you have users that send mail via that server outs...

I am guessing it is on thier side. I have seen an increase of connection issues between mail servers lately because of misconfigure spam filters some of which use dead DNSBL's which cause all sorts of crazy stuff. Honestly I think the tables have turned making it more likely that legit email are blo...

It is either your dns which I am now ruling out or it is the recieving mail server's dns which is more likely. I found this which explains it in a nutshell..... In an attempt to stem the flow of spam e-mail into their systems, many mail systems reject messages where the domain name part of the sende...
