Bulk delete account from list
The mail server went unmanaged for quite a while and I'm trying to clean up an extra 300 unused accounts. Is there a utility I can run against a txt file or csv to delete all those unused accounts? Any help appreciated.

I have resolved this issue. It appears that one our people that have access to webmail added the domain xyz.com to the domains list thus requesting it to be local.

Delete an unwanted email sent from disgruntled employee
Is there any way to delete an email sent from a disgruntled employee to a group that contains all other employees? This happens occasionally and would be nice if there was a quick and easy way to remove a specific message from all mailboxes. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Username full email address would like to also just be username
All current users have to use their full email address firstname.lastname@domain.com to setup or log into their account. When setting up email on a mobile device it always defaults to just firstname.lastname without the domain. Is there a way to get the server to accept either?

Yes I feel stupid. I was trying to access it the old way and discovered this after I posted and completed the latest update. All is good now and the mobile mail looks quite good.

No help with this issue? I have installed the latest update and recommended rebuild web applications and still getting the same error on mobile webmail. All other web services such as admin and webmail work just no mobile webmail.

I just upgraded and started getting theses messages as well : MEPOCS outbound queue is experiencing a spike in volume. and MEPOCS inbound queue is experiencing a spike in volume.
