I've bought a copy of the filter, but it does *NOT* offer the basic function needed here, a simple 'journaling' option that forwards a copy of everything out (and sometime in too) to a journaling account for legal compliance and archiving. I love ME to bits, but without this function or a workaround...

Hate to rain on your parade but to put a spamfilter inline to create the journaling will cost you another $1,500 + in hardware plus updates.
