There are a lot of very flaky things with mail enable. Have you tried manually setting it in the config folder? You should find a file for the mail box with the extension ".sys" and there you can set a number of options... i don't use the shared folders like you're talking about, so i don't know if ...

Hi, Not too sure. However if redirections work in MailEnable web mail then I would presume this maybe related to the Plesk control panel.
