We were hoping to store email for 12 months on the "front" server with webmail access. Never figured out how to get local storage AND forwarded email to the final MX.

It would be awesome if this worked, but not sure how to make it work.

Is there any reporting that would list mail box useage per post office and last login time? I found an article pointing to the registry key for turning the last-login on, but I am still unclear on where to look to actually find the information.

Useage Reporting

Hello Everyone-

Is there a way to run a report and list each mailbox and what the current size is, quota assigned and sort this by post office?

THere doesn't seem to be any way to run any type of useage rporting that I can see.

Thank you, but how do I get a local copy saved on the ME server AND the forward. I have only been able to get local delivery or forward as a smart host but not both. YEs, some use mobile devices (blackberry) and the login issue seems to be random and not associated to a particular account or machine. Concurrent access is enabled. I do not see the single logon error message... just the authentication message listed earlier in the post. It seems random. THank you.
