Hi,
I recently have had many clients say their mail is not getting to the recipients inbox or junkmail and they are not receiving an error or bounce back.
How can I see what is going on here? Is there an issue with MailEnable as I have only recently started hearing this problem?
John

Would ActiveSync or upgrading to enterprise or premium give me this functionality?

Color categorizing emails
Hi,
Is there a way that to color categorize emails as you can in outlook or thunderbird. It would also need to be visible across devices.
I know there is the flag but only gives 2 states on and off.
Thanks John

Re: webmail error sending to 4 or more recipients "address format is invalid"
Has someone put a limit on the number of characters in the To field or perhaps it is being truncated to say 100 chars when checking email addresses. Sometimes it works with 4 emails and sometimes not. I tried again 4 email addresses then added a 5th and it did not work. I then copied the exact addre...

webmail error sending to 4 or more recipients "address format is invalid"
Since upgrading to version 10.28 we are getting clients saying they cannot send to more than 4 recipients in Webmail. We confirmed this trying to send to 4 or more from one of our own email accounts. Sending to 3 or less was fine. An error with title "Address Resolution Problem" and reason "Address ...

webmail not showing after upgrade to version 8
Hi, After upgrading to MailEnable Professional Edition Version 8 it no longer loads webmail from the root of the subdomain. For example, when I go to http://webmail.mydomain.com/ it does not automatically route to http://webmail.mydomain.com/mewebmail/Mondo/lang/sys/Login.aspx as it use to. However ...

Re: No Sent Items Folder in Webmail
Ok that was probably not a good example, I don't know how you logged in to that mailbox. There is not a mailbox on that account as it is forward only. Anyway I have tried logging into a couple of other accounts via webmail and the folders were not created. How did you go about it?

Re: No Sent Items Folder in Webmail
Hi, No it only has the inbox folder. I have about 20 domains (postoffices) and went into the mailroot/mailbox folder of quite a few of them and none of them have a sent items folder, only inbox. Here is an example: C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Postoffices\creektocreekcha...

Hi Ian,
That is what I am talking about. It does not show up in webmail. I did not mention Outlook at all. As the subject suggests, No Sent Items Folder in Webmail.

No Sent Items Folder in Webmail
Hi,
I have just upgraded to the latest version of MailEnable Standard 4.22 in the expectation that there was a Sent Items folder as this did not seem to be included in my previous very old version. Is there suppose to be a Sent Items folder in the Standard? If so, how do I make it available?
