This is a problem with how outlook sends files, you can change the setting in outlook then webmail will see it as a standard file. but this requires the sender to update settings within outlook.

What sage is saying is currently the way ME blocks failed attempts works is to block any IP address that attempts to login to any account but fails # of times. This causes a lot of false positives. How can we force the X-ME-Spam checks server wide or post office wide? Currently this only functions at a mailbox level when a user goes into options > Spam > Enable Mailbox Spam Filtering How can we force this check before the server side checks so the results can be filtered from Messaging Manager...

This seems to be an issue again with version 10 but the option to "Reject mail if sender address is from invalid domain" is no longer in the SMTP security tab.

Can we not automate this process for all user contacts? Some users have hundreds of contacts that are imported into the system when they migrate to our services.

all of the other mail services white list contacts, how can we make this happen for ME?

I mean, if the user has someone in their contacts why when they send email does it still go to their junk email folder and how can we fix this for all users. For example Domain1 user1 contact1 contact2 contact1(hosted on some other server) sends email to user1@domain1 which is hosted on our server. ...

Chat service is giving "No connection! relogin", it worked for a few days after the update but now its dead. Restarting the service does not resolve the issue.
