Dear Ian, We have the same problem. We use mostly click-to-run version of office 2013 and 2016 with the latest updates installed. I have restored the update state to March and this solved the problem. But this means we have to restore all of our 200 clients and have to also disable the office update...

Hi,
Have I any possibility to use mobile webmail without .net 3.5 framework installed?
Our Mail Enable runs on a windows 2000 server what is not supported by .net 3.5 (only 2.0).

MAPI connection failure
Hi,
I have a same issue, plus when an outlook with MAPI connector tries synchronize folders or get the post office's address list, the server's IMAP4 service stops.
I've tried with a Hungarian Outlook, in a dedicated profile.
Have you any suggestion?
