Re: Stop receiving and sending emails
You need to look at the logs and figure out what IPs are being blocked and determine why.

Re: Solution to stop compromised mails
Is the IP they are connecting from perhaps in the "Privileged IP" list? Looks like anything in that list can send without restriction.

Webmail filter updates
It seems there is an issue in webmail when editing an existing filter. Customer reported: "If I create a new rule that searches the subject line for “turning it off” and move it to the ToDo folder, then send an email with that phrase in it, it works. However, if I edit the rule by adding or removing...

Re: Collecting All Email in a single mailbox
You should be able to get this done using the GUI for mailenable. Under the postoffice, go to domains. Edit the domain and select the box you want to be the catchall. Once configured, the catchall collects all mail sent to the domain that is not sent to another existing email address.

Re: Changed PO Location / Re-index question
The best way to force Mailenable to refresh the folder's index file is to create a blank file named "_change.dty" in whichever folder needs to be updated. This works for any folder in a mailbox. the _change.dty file is normally created by the system when a new email comes in at the same time the fol...

Re: what is your opinion
Been using Mailenable since version 8 (just looked at our purchase history and realized it been since version 4.) It works great and the system is very easy to configure and maintain. Very flexible and easy to expand if needed. Updates and improvements come from their developers very regularly. We h...

Re: Login with multiple domains to a single postoffice?
Logins are done using the "username@postofficename" and not by using the domains that are in the postoffice. I think there is a way to change the postoffice name but it is something I have never tried.

Re: webmail and company website on one server
Are you using host headers in the site bindings? You can't run 2 sites on the same IP without using different hostheaders.

Re: Webmail calendar updates emails
Interesting update... discovered that if I put something in the Notes field the problem is resolved. Guess the validation being done in the background requires that field not be blank?

Webmail calendar updates emails
Seem to have a new issue with updates to calendar appointments. Customer reporting that the issue started about the same time I updated to 10.24. Have since updated to 10.25 but the issue remains. Tried this on Chrome and Edge with same results. Same results when trying on the local server. When upd...
