Hi,

We've also updated the SMTP service for the next minor update so it will indicate the TLS version and the cipher as well in the received header. This should help make it easier to see.

Hi, Yes, we had received the report, so it was passed through to the developers to check and fix. Unfortunately it just has not been addressed yet. I will ask them to prioritize it. Make sure you don't have the account lockout feature enabled. This can cause this appearance. This would normally mean that the mailbox does not have any email addresses associated with it. In the administration program, double click a mailbox and go to the "Addresses" tab. If there are no email addresses you can click the "Add Email..." button to add one.

The option is a version 9 option that is not available in v7 - it is the option to only respond between certain time. It should be hidden. In the SMTP Activity log, check the "MAIL FROM:" for when the email is being sent out. Is it a local mailbox address, or still the original SMTP address from the inbound SMTP message?
