Activesync - could not contact license server
Is mailenable having some technical difficulties ?? My activesync is saying it can not reach mailenables license server. I need an update please we have lots of customers calling in and we know this is the issue. We can not even get to your main site. Can we get an update of some kind ? thanks Brian

Ok. Its now working. "mo=1" was not the only setting that is missing. In order for it to work I had to add the "from" aswell. So it should read "URL Extra"="&from=<2_way_number_they_provide_us>&mo=1". Once this was done everything started working like it should. I am now able to send SMS messages vi...

I tried that. Just so I am clear the "Value Name" is "URL Extra" and the "Value Data" is "mo=1" ?? I tried it and restarted the SMS service and it still does not work. We are having the same issue. We upgraded to 8.0.3 last night to see if that would fix it and it is still not working. Has anyone from mailenable found a solution to this ? This is frustrating. Calendars and emails are not synchronizing at all.

I am having this issue as well. There are a few of us who run IMAP with outlook 2013 including myself and i do not have any issues but the others seem to be having issues. So is there a resolution for this? I am going to try the other users on 2010 to see if that resolves it.

It doesn't seem to be an issue with mailenable. The web portal kept all folders, calendars and contacts all in sync with the portable devices. It was not synchronizing on outlook 2013 correctly. The user was messing around in the settings of outlook, so rather then look around at all the settings I ...
