possible to upgrade ME standard 10.24 to latest version

Just wondering if I can upgrade my MailEnable 10.24 standard installation directly to the latest version or if it must be done in stages?

thanks

ME Std 10.24 SMTP spooling

My Standard version of MailEnable has recently started taking sometimes hours to Spool an incoming message. It seems to be frequently messages with attachements, even small files like a 100KB pdf. I do not see anything happening that should be slowing things down so. One milbox user claims to not be...

MailEnable version 10.24 support for DKIM

Hi I am running an older version of ME Standard, version 10.24 and wondering if it supports setting up DKIM and if not do the newer versions support configuring DKIM.

The docs I found in the KB seem to be for Enterprise but also for the newer editions.

thanks

Hi, I had an older server running MailEnable v6.87. It is no longer operable, but I have a backup of its configuration made with MEbackup. I have a newer setup with MailEnable v8.59. Is it possible to restore the config from the v6 server to this newer one? I was just hoping to save myself some cons...

Hi, Is there documentation on the logs for ME? I am trying to decipher the SMTP activity logs and am not sure that I am reading them correctly. HI I have a server running ME 6.84 with a single domain and about 15 mailboxes on it. One day last week it sent out thousands of SPAM messages from somewhere. I am not sure what happened and not even sure why it stopped. Because there were so few mailboxes on this server, I just changed all the pass...

Re: Smart Host

Thanks for the help. That seems to work. I think that limits the effectiveness of using this as an incoming mail filter though. Hmm.

Smart Host

Hi, Has anyone tried to use MailEnable along with MxScan as a pre-filter for another MTA? I have an existing Mail Server and would like to put a SPAM filter in front of it to filter incoming messages and hopefully lighten the load onthe existing MTA. I can not find much info on the Smart Host featur...
