Error Updating users - failed to add the username/password

I am using version 10.20. I needed to update the quota on a mailbox and when I clicked save, I am seeing this error message. "Failed to add the username/password combination to the configuration." The quota change was accepted. I have not seen this error before - any thoughts on what is causing this...

Import Users is not adding addresses

I am using the import user option in mailenable version 9.74. It is creating the mailboxes ok. It however is not populating the addresses tab's "Email Addresses for Mailbox".

Is there something that I am missing for the import?

I am working in the administration console. I just added a new mail box and was able to disable and enable the mailbox with no problem. I tried to disable an older mailbox and it failed. When I refreshed the screen, it did show disabled? I am not sure what is going on with my older mailboxes that wo...

Failed to change the status of the mailbox login configuration

I am using Mailenable Enterprise Version 9.72. When I attempt to disable any email account, I am getting the message "Failed to change the status of the mailbox login configuration.".

I was working on a DKIM issue and noticed that email sent to someone with the same domain hosted on mailenable is not signed. I am using version 5.11 of MailEnable. I have had a problem with a "copy" machine that is sending emails.
