Ultimately I had to revert it back to 10.33 for things to work again.
Let me see what I can do about getting you access.

Spam filter recommendation
When I first started hosting email using MailEnable 18 years ago I only used its spam filtering. After a few years and clients added, I had to implement a third-party filter. The third party did well until they went out of business. Although I haven't had too many complaints or issues, I would like ...

Re: Hosting company for a dedicated server for Mailenable
I assume you got a host or a mail server. If not, we have been using MailEnable since 2004. We can set up a private mail server for you or host you on a shared platform. Let us know whichever way you want.

Re: Next Major release? ME is falling behind now.
One of the things I would really like to see is an improved spam filtering capability. If I were hosting email for myself or maybe a handful of clients, I wouldn't worry so much about it. But when I am hosting email for one-man shops and for companies with 60 accounts and everything in between, they...

Update 10.34 Enterprise Issue
I installed the update last night and ever since then, my mobile devices--Apple and Samsung--are unable to connect to the mail server except only using Wi-Fi. The error is (on my iPhone) "Cannot Get Mail. The user name or password for .... is incorrect". The mail server hasn't changed except install...

Printing issue in webmail
I have Enterprise newest edition. Every time I try to print anything it wants to print the headers on one page and then the mail body on a new page rather than everything being together. My clients are also experiencing this same issue. How can this be fixed? UPDATE: Everything is fine in Firefox an...

Re: Hosting company for a dedicated server for Mailenable
You can get a dedicated server from a number of companies. The alternate option is acquire hosting through a company that already has it and let them do all the work. I can recommend Williams Web Solutions.

Re: Version 11
Personally I would like to see a much better spam filtering. I still have MXScan installed on my server because it is the only customizable filtering per domain and levels of spam filtering. MagicSpam sucks. I would be more than happy to offer my mail server as an opportunity to see what I've had to...

Re: MagicSpam vs. Barracuda
MailEnable's spam filtering lacks a lot. I had mentioned/suggested years ago for them to acquire MXScan and incorporate their filters and capabilities into ME thus giving us the best of both worlds and because ME is still in business the databases stay up to date.

Re: MagicSpam vs. Barracuda
There are other spam filters installed separately that also does the filtering to minimize the issue of the rules with mxscan being a failing culprit. In other words because there are no filters for backscatter, mxscan does that. That is an example.

Re: MagicSpam vs. Barracuda
Hi Glenn, With MailEnable there are not too many options. MXScan is what I currently use but the company closed a few years ago. So I have no support or software updates/upgrades since then. That software is great and very customizable. I will admit that if you have more than one domain it works wel...

Re: MagicSpam vs. Barracuda
I have set it up on a couple of mail servers. Personally, I don't like it because it is not very customizable and certainly not at the domain level where each domain can be configured differently.
