I have the problem on one server running 2.37 in the offending mailbox there will be a file called Templock. This files prevents the user from looging on multiple sessions. I stop all services, delete the file and restart the services. My other mail server is running 2.38 and not suffering from this...

Hi I had the same problem at one point, I applied available updates and then rebooted the server. Every now and again the problem recurs all I do is shut down the server and start it up again

Hi
I have had the same problem from time to time, dont know what the cause is but I restart the server running Mail Enable and the probblem disappears. Its happened about 4 times over the past 6 months

I have a situation where the log files indicate successful delivery of mail but its not being delivered into the recipients mail box. This has happened on numerous occasions and customers are getting testy

It seem they were not making the server queues, tried testing connection from dnsstuff and got message that it could not contact the server. Everything pointed towards external problems but the webmail worked fine and I could also send internal email.
