The problem is that the server farms of the big providers are very dynamic which makes it a very cumbersome task to manually maintain IP ranges for each of these providers. The exact same thing happens with our server. The specific user is using Paradox as e-mail client, but on Webmail he also gets the message "Could not get message". We are using MailEnable 8 Enterprise Edition. This discussion was never resolved. Ian or someone else - how do we solve this?

We eventually logged a support ticket and MailEnable support fixed the server for us so I unfortunately don't have the exact details of what worked.
