Hi Brett, all right.so just using one local IP for the server, you still can access webmail from external network by using NAT? I can use NAT from the firewall by using one-to-one NAT as well. Just would like to verify if this method work. because currently the webmail setup isn't protected by firew...

Hi Chris, Do your clients also use large mailboxes across multiple devices with IMAP? we use one IMAP email on multiple computers. So the synchronization is always almost real time, therefore when the email size is large you will occasionally receive a report from user saying that email missing, new...

Hi Chris,
500MB is considered small and IMAP sync shouldn't be an issue. We have problems when the mail size is above 5GB.
Presently, few of our mailboxes that using IMAP the mail size is 3Gb - 7Gb range..
However, we didnt use ActiveSync. So that's might be the difference?

May be you mean the MailEnable webmail slow is pointing that webmail refresh problem when mailbox size above 5GB ? How big your client mailboxes ?

Our clients also not using the MAPI connector, installing this connector only for premium edition. Have you try downgrade outlook to 2010 and monitor a while for the performance ?
