Block Autoresponse triggered by redirected emails

I have a general email address setup for incoming orders. I have the emails set to be forwarded to 5 people. If someone is out, they turn on their out of office notification. This autoresponse is triggered when an order comes in and the customer gets the employee's out of office message. How can I p...

Re: Reply All "You don't have the appropriate permission to perform this operation."

The same issue exists in Outlook 2016. Once you uninstall any and all Outlook specific updates from Windows Updates, the reply all button works. I have gone so far as to decline/exclude these specific updates as best as I can on our WSUS server, however, I can only ever be reactive rather than proac...

Re: Outlook Mailenable Address Book

You say you deleted the existing profile and the cache, but did you create a new outlook profile? It sounds like what you did would work, however, there may be more to the issue like a registry component. I started creating new Outlook Profiles for uses and cleaning out the registry of old reference...

Re: Times shifting

I noticed after upgrading to Enterprise 9.14 that all recurring events had the +/- hours from UTC stripped out. If edit the series by 30 minutes, save and close the series, and then reopen the series, the time zone is now shown in the event series and can now be corrected.

Re: Outlook Mailenable Address Book

Have you tried creating a new Outlook Profile from the Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles? I have experienced the issue with this address book (a.k.a. GAL) being empty after upgrading a user from Office 2003 to Office 2013. Creating a new profile works to correct this issue, but at the cost of l...

MAPI Free/Busy Appointment Scheduling Setup Doc

I am looking for a specific set of instructions to setup the ability for users to see the free/busy times in the scheduling feature of MS Outlook. I see calendar sharing pictured/mentioned on http://www.mailenable.com/premium-edition.asp under Sharing & Collaboration, however, there are no details o...

Re: Free/busy scheduling

We have a mixture of Outlook versions and up until a couple months ago, the free/busy feature was working in Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 with v1.61 MAPI connector (32bit) installed. Just yesterday, I installed Office 365 on to a user's machine and the v1.64 MAPI connector (32bit) and decided to inst...
