This user is not on any known access control list. The IP / Vector they are coming from is not blocked. Could there be something else potentially blocking them? What kind of logs would assist in the troubleshooting?

Do I make it a DWORD key ? QWORD? Regular key? Multi String?

Do I put quotations in or leave them out?

I.E

Blocked HELO=WIN-0INGADLBBCN

or

"Blocked HELO=WIN-0INGADLBBCN"

tried as a DWORD key and restarted SMTP service and to no avail didn't work. I use 8.60.
