re-sync calendar appointments after disappear in webmail+outlook

Hi I am running Enterprise premium 8.60 Mapi connector 2.23 I am having af problem with a user's calendar I have read that you should not delete the _index file in calendar I am able to see the calendar appointments on the server, but not in Webmail nor outlook How can I get the sync running again??...

Hi First some information: I am having problems at one of my customers They have a postoffice with approximately 22 mailboxes I have created at mailbox (mailcontacts) and shared it with eveyone (read) and a single mailbox (full access) mailbox (mailcontact) has approximately 1600 users and 60 groups...
