Cannot search in webmail

I have a customer who has shown me that when he looks for a search term in his outlook it shows up (many occurances) but in webmail nothing. Email that's less than 30 days old even. How can I correct this problem for him?

I am aware of the cleanup agent. But it appears that it will delete both read AND unread mail older than X days. I don't want to delete the read mail. Only the unread mail. Or am I reading it wrong?

Delete unread email older than X days

I find that my customers are not deleting their junk mail. Just letting it sit there. The vast amount of them are unread. How do I delete all unread email in someone's inbox that is older than, say, 90 days?

I know this has to be here somewhere. I exported my phone contact list as a .vcf file (only choice) and am trying to find the import option in webmail. I see card dav import and csv import but what about native .vcf? I can't find it anywhere. Outlook 2016 doesn't seem to work either. Can anyone poin...

Import Google Contacts

I want to import google contacts either through outlook or webmail. Outlook is bugged. It won't open the .csv file for some reason. I thought I'd try webmail but there is no IMPORT button on the contact page.

Can anyone help?

Duplicate inbox items mobile only

I am getting reports of a couple users getting duplicate emails on their mobile device (activesync). Any idea why this would be happening?

Webmail shows mail that Outlook does not

What would cause this? If I log into webmail I see a lot of emails that are simply not in my inbox in outlook. If I send myself a new email, it appears in outlook but some of the prior ones are missing. How do I fix this?

Unfortunately changing the the "denied access except" effects the whole server. Many postoffices don't have a spam-catch server so they have to be able to get mail from everywhere.
