The crash may have been caused by my me starting and stopping the SMTP service several times. A clean reboot as resolved issues and they have not occurred since reboot.

Still dont get anything when I try those. Looking at the host file on the server, it has a record for mewebmail.localhost which does not work.

mewebmail.localhost is not accessible from the mailserver.

I have upgraded and moved it to dot net 4.0 as suggested and the issue still persists. When I go the users pc's i am not able to ping the mailserver.
