Re: Webmail hangs on loading screen (v3.04)

This issue still exists in version 9.53. Large mailboxes will not load in webmail. I'm again having a client with a 6GB mailbox who cannot use it in webmail.

Re: extra question marks in web mail

Thanks Ian, Helpful as always. After putting some more time into it, we discovered this was the only user in the postoffice with this issue. I also checked other postoffices and found no other instance. Since this appeared to be an isolated incident, we backed everything up and recreated with the us...

Re: extra question marks in web mail

What was the solution to this problem? I'm having the same issue in my environment. We cannot allow removal of any custom theming in our production environment, so we usually cannot comply with the Mail Enable's first request regarding supports tickets like this. We would like to know how to fix the...

Re: F-Prot Issues

Thank God someone else is having issues with F-Prot on the same version of MailEnable as me. Today i logged onto one of my Mail Vms in our cluster and noticed an unexpected shutdown notice. After digging through the event logs it looks as though F-Prot started consuming way too many resources due to...

Re: ME Scratch Directory Delete Directory & File Issue F-Pro

This problem has been here for years and I think the actual problem is with F-Prot. From memory if you use a utility like FileMon, even with real time scanning switched off, you can see for a split second that F-Prot actual has open file handles to files, hence ME cannot delete them. So what is the...

Re: Quota Notification Message

Actually looking at this further, usage notifications should be per mailbox, not just postoffice. The mailbox usage notifications should be based on a designated percentage of assigned Mailbox Quota. When the percentage is reached it should have the options to notify the mailbox, the postmaster of t...

Re: Quota Notification Message

Is it possible to specify what account is notified? I would prefer if the postmaster of the entire server was notified so he may call the user and discuss.

Thank You,

Re: Lost election in MTA debug log

For people who are having a similar issue in 2016: I ran into this issue 2 days ago and it has been a nightmare. Inbound Queues were not processing. MTA took forever to start processing when restarted and had a lot of "Lost Election to LS Connector..." "Lost Election to POP Connector..." "Lost Elect...

I also have a two node cluster setup and am having the same issue. Is there a way to assign a master MTA to one of the two?

Webmail Contacts Not saving to share

Hello, In our environment we have 2 separate installations of Mailenable Enterprise on 2 separate VMs working off of a shared drive. A load balancer sits in front of these 2 VMs and decides where to route traffic. We have had technicians remote in in the past through the ticket system to ensure that...

Automatically Save as Draft on Timeout

Hello, We have had a few instances, where a webmail user is composing a message and they experience a session timeout. I have gone through and change some application pool settings as well as editing the web.config. Because of these instances and others like it, I was wondering if there was a way to...
