Well, turns out, it was a physical disk error and MailEnable couldn't access the smtp inbound messages folder. Did a chkdsk and repaired the hard drive and now planning a migration to a new server.

How to change the smtp outbound queue folder?
Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to change the directory for the outbound smtp queue. The current drive gets too clogged up while the secondary data drive has lots more space.
