UPDATE: I looked through the KB, and found that the IMAP service could have been the problem. So I started the MailEnable Server entirely, and was able to load Outlook now. (what a timing!) So, the new MAPI client seem to work loading Outlook after the ME Server reboot. (on the side note, everytime ...

Well... updated the MAPI version to the latest per your recommendation last night. Before we are able to test the PDF readability, now it broke the entire Outlook Sync.

My bad... it's not MAPI. It's the OpenProtocol that is not working (since we have version 9)

Did you know that the MAPI client does not work unless the user ha Administrative rights to the local machine?
Is there a solution around it? i.e. Using it in Terminal Server environment?

Yes tried disabling the other add-ins.
FYI - there are no antivirus, no other add-ins.
Using Outlook 2010 on Windows 2008R2 server in Terminal Server environment.

We have same issues. Unfortunately, no one seem to have solution for this as of yet...
MailEnable's support is way below Industry standard. We have Enterprise Premium version and the server literally crashes everytime we reboot... Very frustrated.

Very interesting problem. Randomly, emails with PDF attachments are showing as BLANK PDF when opened using Outlook. If we login to the WebMail, the email & attachment both show just fine. We have tested this using other file types and we do not have the problem. this only happens with PDF and not al...
