I just checked the SMTP outbound queue and had loads of outbound mail sent from Mailbox: ADMIN (unable to use the Disable button, it did nothing), no Postoffice (field blank), it said it was authenticated and I managed to block the Client IP to stop it. Thank you for your reply. I figured out that the reason it didn't work was that I had tried to make a header for an åäö-named (xn--porsisjarna-xfb.se) domain which caused the IIS service to stop. After deleting that header from the webmail list, everything worked again.
