I have checked diagnostic report, all are green with "pass" status.
and also checked the IME_ADMIN permission is Full Control.

[SOLVED] Webmail login problem after upgrade
Hi!
I have upgrade standard version 6.x to 9.x, after upgrade all mail accounts stopped working.
"Unknown or disabled user".
Can't delete a user or a new user not working.
Can anyone please help me to find out the resolution?
