Appreciate the input. I can confirm that the only people this is happening with our Outlook users. If an Outlook user sends any other type of file with the email, it does appear as the WINMAIL.DAT to our MailEnable web users. Bump for any assistance. Additional information. When a user sends the request for a meeting from Outlook, the attachment comes to our mail server as a WINMAIL.DAT file. Now, if the receiver uses Outlook, the request appears normally and the date/time appears BEFORE they accept the meeting request, ...

I should note we are on the most current version of MailEnable and using the Enterprise Edition.

This is the error message I get when trying to email all employee's in our company. FYI : We have roughly 600 employee's on this list.
