Re: Outlook stops sending/receiving emails
Ian, the ticket is closed. I don't have any way to open it back up on my side.

Re: keeps going disabled
I experience the same issue. I had to give up on the MAPI connector and switch to IMAP.

Outlook stops sending/receiving emails
I've contacted support (Request ID: 86619) and they were unable to help me so hopefully the rest of the community has seen this issue. Maybe support would be willing to open the ticket back up? We've spent $80 that got us no resolution. A clients Outlook will work fine for days/weeks until one day i...

Subject filter not working with UTF-8 subjects
Any email I receive that has a subject similar to ?UTF-8?B?UHVsbCBEb3duIEtpdGNoZW4gRmF1Y2V0cywgT24gU2FsZSBUb2RheQ==?= isn't being processed by the subject word list filter correctly. I have tried simply adding a filter of *UTF-8* to remove all emails with such headers, but it still doesn't identify ...

Any updates here? I'm experiencing the same issue. A lot of spam makes it through because of it.

Re: MAPI CONNECTOR AND OUTLOOK 2019
I highly recommend avoiding the MAPI connector. Between messages showing up with blank bodies and the connector addon randomly disabling itself it's not worth the headache.

Re: Error scanning attachment with Sophos Anti-Virus
I'm having the same issue as well. I had to disable it for the time being until ME provides a solution.

Socket was disconnected - Error: (10054)
I'm getting a lot of these messages in my logs. These messages stop the message being received from making to the users inboxes. One domain this issue is happening with is pasides@pa.gov which is a government website which should be configured correctly. What's happening here? 12/11/19 00:04:09 ME-E...

Re: Advanced Criteria Script question
Yes. The problem is the criteria doesn't seem to trigger. I still get emails from random domains coming through. Looks like I should be using ME_FROM instead.

Advanced Criteria Script question
I want to take all email that doesn't have .com, .net, or .org in it and send it to another email address. This is what I have so far, but this criteria never seems to get met and I'm not sure why. FilterResult=0 if not CriteriaMet([ME_HEADERS_CONTAIN],"*.com") and not CriteriaMet([ME_HEADERS_CONTAI...

Re: Filtering SPAM in MailEnable
What has worked for me is setting up SNIMTA. Every day I'd log onto each of my users email accounts and look for junk. I'd then add keywords to the bannedkeywords file until eventually the spam essentially stopped (I have it simply deleting the spam). Setting up country code blacklists helps a lot t...

Spam image emails
I've spent quite some time adjusting my SNIMTA filters which caught the vast majority of my spam. What is still getting through unimpeded is image spam. Is anyone aware of any OCR solutions that integrate well with MailEnable?

Re: Outlook 2013,2016 Keeps unloading and disabling mail enable mapi add in.
This is becoming a serious issue for us as well. Does anyone have a working resiliency Regedit solution? Users being unable to use their email because of this add in disabling itself is unacceptable.
