You need to run clamdscan to use the clam daemon that has all the sigs in memory. In the screenshot you ran clamscan

Do you have Mail Relay turned on in your SMTP settings?

If so do you have it set to allow for authenticated users?

Have you figured anything out with this? I turned logging on and I see logs being generated in a specific device folder but the app keeps telling me 'Unable to log in'. Nothing shows up in the autodiscover logs though.
