DKIM throwing an exception, causing mail not to be sent
Just throwing this here since I only saw one other thread talking about this issue. Apparently back in 10.46 or so of MailEnable, there was a bug related to DKIM signing, SSL and SMTP where the SMTP service encounters an exception and drops the message, or DKIM encounters an exception and the messag...

Re: DKIM, Faulty SMTP module
There was a bug in the SSL libraries, but they were updated a few versions ago. There was also fixes to the processing of the DNS entries for DKIM. This was mostly done in the 10.47 version and we haven't had any issues since then. Are you using the latest 10.48? Yes, 10.48. We just came over from ...

Re: Outlook Android App Issues
Webmail works. Even using the same credentials the IMAP logs just specify an invalid password or username from Outlook even though the password and username are correct.

Re: DKIM, Faulty SMTP module
Hate to bump an 11 year old thread but maybe this will get a response... Running into the same issue as OP where the SMTP Debug logs show a DKIM_SignMessage exception in SMTPOutbound.cpp. After this is raised, emails are sent to the void from the outbound SMTP queue. I am not aware of this happening...

Re: AUP is basically a scam at this point.
Yep. The support token system is a scam too. Pay for tokens to maybe get support, no 24/7 support line or support lines in other time zones. Extremely frustrating dealing with support when you live in the US.

Re: Outlook Android App Issues
Just found out about Audit logs...
Just tested with my account, I can see it logged an invalid authorization attempt from my IP. Password is correct, IP is whitelisted... not sure why this is happening.

Outlook Android App Issues
Wondering if there's a simple solution for this. One of my users is trying to use the Outlook app for Android with our mail server. I set it up for them just fine but after a week or so the app keeps asking for them to re-enter their password. Putting in the correct password doesn't work, Outlook th...

Re: Inbound User/PW Attempts
Standard doesn't appear to have the abuse prevention option like Professional and Enterprise have. Even then, it doesn't really seem to work.
Next step would be to put a firewall or spam gateway in place.

Weird performance issues
Hello! I ran into an issue today with MailEnable Enterprise 10.45 that I haven't experienced since we were originally on Professional. We run Enterprise 10.45 on Windows Server 2016 running RAID1 with 2 2TB SAS hard drives, on a 16-core blade server with 64GB of RAM and for the most part it runs fin...

Sorry for the extremely late reply. I will check the postoffice logs next time this issue comes up.

Re-directed mail does not hit all recipients
Good Morning! We have a setup with our VOIP provider so that employees can text our main business phone line to call in to work and it will be sent as an email to all of the managers at our business. The managers are in a group in MailEnable. Yesterday morning, there were about 6 emails that were re...

Recommended Android Email App?
Hello, I'm trying to get a baseline of what MailEnable would recommend for a mail app on Android. The ActiveSync guide is quite outdated but I see that it recommends the default mail app if installed. I've been using the Gmail app, another user here is using BlueMail. Is there an app that MailEnable...
