Do a find and replace on the _index.xml file in the folder you are wanting to mark everything as read in with notepad++ Find <FLAGSTATUS>\RECENT</FLAGSTATUS> and replace all with <FLAGSTATUS>\SEEN \RECENT</FLAGSTATUS> it will mark all the mails in the folder as read.
